Kissley
Hola! It’s me, Kissley, a self-taught chef influenced by my Asian-American background and inspired by Mediterranean flavours. I’ve worked in big industrial kitchens but what I really love is the warmth of home cooking.
Three of my favourite ingredients: miso, mustard and mushrooms.
